What constitutes a

No applicants reach a 100% of the ideal theoretical score. Our experience is that candidates passing 40%, tend to be valuable for the specific role. Depending on number of candidates, you can actually move the red slider and thereby dynamically adjust the qualification-point, increasing or decreasing the demand on applicants in order to qualify. This naturally also impact the number of candidates to choose from.
